Requests for Proposals The Vermont Department of Corrections (DOC), Program Services is seeking proposals to provide risk reduction activities at Northwest State Correctional Facility. Anticipated contract period will be 8/15/2013 through 8/14/2015, with option to renew for two consecutive one-year periods. The option to renew will be based upon performance of contractor and continued funding.

"Kevin McLaughlin knows a good motorcycle when he sees one, but there are a few features on these that make them more than just bikes. His son, Scott, is one of the 42 Vermont soldiers being honored on two overhauled motorcycles-- each one of the stars on the bikes represents a fallen soldier. VT Departments of Corrections, Fish & Wildlife Partner for Bat Conservation
The Vermont Fish & Wildlife Department has partnered with the Southeast State Correctional Facility in Windsor to help save Vermont’s bats. Inmates involved in a work crew program recently built 50 bat houses that state biologists are using to provide daytime roosting sites for bats.
Request for Proposals - Risk Reduction Coordinators
The Vermont Department of Corrections (VTDOC), is seeking proposals to provide oversight and structure to DOC programming at either one of three correctional facilities or one of four regions (there are 7 Risk Reduction Coordinator positions in total) that will incorporate the field sites in those regions. Anticipated contract period will be for two years, with option to renew for two consecutive one year periods. The option to renew will be based upon performance of contractor and continued funding.
