The Department of Corrections is currently seeking an external food service consultant to provide guidance to the state correctional facilities in food service operations, menu development, special diet (medical and religious) menu development, monthly inspections, training of staff and inmates, evaluation of existing equipment and aid in procuring replacement equipment, dietician services, and to assist with overall food service fiscal management (purchasing, inventory, cost per meal) controls.
Requests for Proposals Springfield Needs Reducing Activities
The Vermont Department of Corrections (DOC), Program Services is seeking proposals to facilitate Needs Reducing Activities. Anticipated contract period will be 07/01/2013 through 05/31/2015, with option to renew for two consecutive one year periods. The option to renew will be based upon performance of contractor and continued funding.
Requests for Proposals Risk Reduction Coordinators
Applicants may either be individuals or agencies. The Vermont Department of Corrections (VTDOC), is seeking proposals to provide oversight and structure to DOC programming at either one of three correctional facilities or one of four regions (there are 7 Risk Reduction Coordinator positions in total) that will incorporate the field sites in those regions. Anticipated contract period will be for two years, with option to renew for two consecutive one year periods. The option to renew will be based upon performance of contractor and continued funding.
